Q: Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 40% non-refundable booking fee and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Your booking fee will be applied to the total balance.

Yes, we will require a $99 non-refundable retainer.

 

Q:  How do I reserve the date?

Once you choose a date and package, we will email a contract for you to review and sign electronically, 40% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of signing the contract, and no date will be reserved until payment is received.

Q: Do you allow outside catering?

Yes, we do, and we also have preferred caterers who offer discounts to our clients.

 

Q: Do you have a kitchen?

We do have a prep kitchen, We do not allow cooking on the premises, all

food should be prepared prior to arrival at the venue.

 

Q: When can I view the space?

You can schedule a self-guided tour here!

Q: Can I add something to a package? 

Yes, you can customize the package to your liking, some customization may require an additional cost. 

 

Q: Do the rental time include setup and breakdown?

Yes, it does. If you need extra time you can add it to your package if the time is available at a cost of $250 per hour.

Q: How early can I come into the setup for my event?

The setup time is included in the venue rental package you select. If extra time is needed, please consider adding extra time or booking a full-day rental.


Q: How much does it cost to add additional hours?

The additional cost is $250/hr.

 

Q: Can I serve alcohol? 

You can serve alcohol as long as you have a licensed/certified bartender and security for evening events. (Security is provided by the venue for $175.00).

 

Q: How many guests does your venue accommodate?

Our Studio located at suite 105 will accommodate 168 guests.

Our Lounge located at suite 100 will accommodate 40 guests.

Q: What type of decorations are NOT allowed?

No nails, tape, screws, staples, or penetrating times are to be tuned on our walls or floor. No glitter or confetti is allowed. No open flames, candles must be placed inside a vase or some type of container.

Q: Can I have a Dj

Yes, DJs are allowed, however, our speakers are volumed controlled so as to not create a nuisance for our neighbors or community. Please note, that our establishment is designed for small intimate gathers.

​******Cancellation Policy******

  • Our 40% date-hold deposit is non-refundable.​

  • From 30 days prior to the event: No space rental payment(s) will be refunded. 

  • If the client reschedules a date within 45 days of the original event date, the client must make payment in full.

  • If the client or client's event is impacted by COVID-19, the date may be rescheduled one time within one year of the original event date, no refunds will be provided. 

  • In the event of a government-required shutdown, payments made will serve as a credit for the rescheduled event. 

  • Yes, we require a 40% deposit and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
